Cancellation & Return Policy

At Makliy Naturals, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Returns
As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
- You receive a damaged package.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds
Once your request is verified and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
- A replacement product may be shipped, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened food packages
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases after delivery
